I Lost My Hard Drive Twice In One Year

Yea. I managed to lose my hard drive not just once, but twice in a single year while working on my solo album. Losing three years' worth of music is something I still can't put into words, but what I can talk about is the sheer determination it takes to bounce back. I mean, not once but twice friends! Anyways, the tracks on this project are actually ideas for my upcoming projects. They're so damn groovy that I just had to share and remind myself who I am before diving into my next solo journey with you all.

About Sam!

Sam Supreme is a seasoned hip-hop artist who began her career in 2001 with Cleveland-based trio LMNTL. Since then, she has become an exceptional artist with a string of successful releases.

Sam Supreme co-founded Fresh By Nature Records, which is home to hip-hop duo FreshProduce. The duo toured across the Midwest and France and earned the title of "Best of Hip-Hop" from Cleveland Scene Magazine in 2019 and 2020.

In 2016, the duo was awarded the prestigious Kresge Foundation's FreshLo Initiative grant, which allowed Flowers to create Hip-Hop entrepreneurship programs for local youth to develop their creative practice and introduce the various paths towards economic liberation that exists within the Hip-Hop arts. This three-year effort led to Fresh Fest Cleveland, an annual one-day festival that celebrates arts and highlights the benefits of urban agriculture through its showcase of local food options in Rid-All Farm and Otter Park.

In 2018, Sam released her first solo EP titled The Miss Tape, and she is currently working on her new EP, I Lost My Hard Drive Twice In One Year, which is set to be released under SWIIM Recordings in 2023.
